GutterStuff^®Pro provides superior gutter protection against leaves, twigs, and other clogging agents. Its soft texture cannot be dented or damaged by falling branches. It remains snug and unseen in the gutter while keeping the homeowner safely on the ground.

GutterStuff^®Pro is protected throughout by a flame retardant Latex coating which provides long life and complete outdoor protection and durability. The coating enhances the foams durability by “Rubberizing” it from top to bottom and protecting it from UV and environmental degradation without impeding the filtering and flow capability of the product. The product also contains a germicide package to inhibit biological growth within the foam.

25 year Performance Transferable Warranty

GutterStuff^®Pro, An FR (Flame Retardant) Latex Coated Polyether foam filter insert is guaranteed to prevent leaves and large debris from entering and clogging a gutter or downspout during a twenty five (25) year period from the original date of installation, when installed in a manner consistent with GutterStuff^®Pro Installation Procedures, under normal leaf and debris conditions. If a clog occurs, contact your local authorized Dealer to arrange repair, or replacement of clogged section, at Manufacturers option.

This Warranty is transferable to the next homeowner upon sale of property, one time only. New homeowner warranty is valid up to 25 years from date of original installation on the property on which it was originally applied.

This Constitutes the sole warranty made by the manufacturer or Distributor either expressed or implied. There are no other warranties expressed or implied which extend beyond the face hereof, herein, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the Dealer be liable for any incidental or consequential damages and Dealers remedies shall be limited to repair or replacement of nonconforming units or parts.

Some states do not permit any limitation on the length of an implied warranty, and incidental or consequential damage, and some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So the above Limitations and or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which can vary from state to state.

Normal debris fall will occur through the year and may create surface accumulation on the GutterStuff®Pro however, natural conditions such as Sun, wind, and rain, will work together to dry, blow, and wash away the debris so that GutterStuff^®Pro can remain free flowing. In Sheltered roof areas or overhangs on flat roofs or shallow-pitched roofs where heavy debris fall occurs, or where Pine sap falls, debris may collect when sunlight and wind cannot dry and move away debris. We recommend clearing off the debris periodically with a water hose or blower, to ensure GutterStuff®Pro flow capability is not obstructed.

GutterStuff®Pro’s coating also contains a UV stabilizer to reduce the affect of sunshine on the surface of the product. Over time, exposure to the elements will cause the surface of the product to bleach out slightly. The degree to which this weathering may occur will vary depending on factors such as climate, location, air quality or local environmental conditions over which manufacturer or Dealer have no control. The weathering of the material under normal conditions will not affect the performance of the product. For optimal life and performance of the product it should remain unmolested in the gutter.

Exclusions to this warranty include, but are not limited to unreasonable use, Acts of God, floods, fires, vandalism, exposure to corrosive chemicals or pollutants, or any condition beyond the control of the Dealer or manufacturer. This Warranty covers only genuine GutterStuff^®Pro Homeowner must verify with Dealer that the product is GutterStuff^®Pro There are no warranties on this product other than set forth in this warranty. We are not liable for any other written or oral express warranties such as those that may be given by Dealers, Contractors, Installers, or Distributors of this product.

A copy of Proper Installation Procedures for GutterStuff^®Pro should be given to the Homeowner with this warranty. This Warranty covers K Style, Half Round, and Fascia Style GutterStuff®Pro.
